Week 7: The Challenger

Are you ready for a challenge? Every 3 weeks, the morning exercise groups challenge themselves with this workout. You can do it at home with minimal equipment or hit up the gym to get your muscles working.

Equipment Needed:

  • Kettlebell or Dumbbell
  • Mat

Instructions:

For time, do 5 rounds of each exercise. Aim to rest only at the end of each round.

10 Squats

10 Deadlifts

10 Push Ups + Shoulder Tap

10 Mountain Climbers

10 Burpees
