Week Two: At Home Training

No time for the gym? No equipment? I hear you, some days it can be TOUGH to squeeze in an effective workout. Maybe you are at home with the kids, have a long list of to-do’s after work, or you feel intimidated in the gym. If that’s you, then this workout is exactly what you need. In 20 minutes or less, you can accomplish this no equipment, 6 move strength circuit from the comfort of your own home.

Needed:

  • Space for an exercise mat
  • Chair (make sure it is sturdy and doesn’t have wheels)

Body Weight Strength Training

 

*Remember to warm up before you exercise and cool down after you exercise.
