3 Easy Ways To Go Plastic-Free ... This year one of my goals is to reduce the amount of plastic we use in our home. We aren't plastic-free (yet), but we sure have made leaps forward by investing in these 3 products. 1 - @stasherbag reusable silicone ziplock bags. These are perfect for storing food in the fridge, freezer or pantry, but I also use it them to carry liquids when I travel. Easy to clean, fun colours + designs, and they can be reused hundreds of times. 2 - @flipandtumble produce bags. These replace those little plastic produce bags you typically get at the store and as someone who buys a lot of produce....I'm loving this product. High quality, large enough to hold over 5lbs of apples, and has a drawstring closure 3 - @abeego beeswax wraps. We didn't use very much plastic wrap to start with, but these wraps completely eliminate the need. I initially bought these for how fresh they keep food. The wax barriere is breathable and designed to keep your produce, bread, or cheese fresh for weeks (no more brown avocados). ➡️These are my current favs. What do you do to reduce waste?
Are you ready? Are you willing? . ⚡If you are ready and willing to put in the work you will find a way to reach your goals. Always. Don't let your imagination or fear that you "aren't fit enough" hold you back. . 💥Taking that step to start exercising has nothing to do with being capable because at the beginning you won't be. Your push ups will take some work, you won't start on the barbell and your core is going to shake in a plank. . ⚡But guess what - we all start in the same place. Everyone you look up to has stood exactly where you are and made the choice to keep moving forward. . 💥It's going to be tough, it's going to take time, but if you're willing to work for it you will become stronger and fitter than you ever thought possible. . ⚡Don't give up on yourself. You can do hard things. Keep fighting, keep pushing. Throw your excuses and fear out the door because you CAN do this. . 💥Be consistent, have a plan, hydrate, eat well, and fight for that goal that you can't stop thinking about. As long as you don't quit you WILL achieve it. I promise.
