Yesterday one of my clients confessed that she wanted to ignore her 530am alarm and skip her workout to get an extra hour of sleep.
Right now you have arms, after this workout you'll have 2 noodles. These exercises bring it 🔥🔥 and you'll be feeling strong + bada** once you check this workout off your list.
