Easy Breakfast Burritos

Good Morning! If you are anything like me, you are getting “just 5 more minutes” before crawling out of bed. This morning routine usually means I’m acting fast to get dressed and ready, with breakfast pushed to the back of my mind.

Thankfully, these make-ahead breakfast wraps have found a home in my freezer. Now I can be sure that I am having a nutrient-dense, high-protein breakfast, that needs only 90 seconds in the microwave.
