Ready to dominate your workout? Give yourself 30 – 45 minutes to complete these effective lower and upper body circuits, with a short finisher to spike your metabolism and keep you burning calories long after you leave the gym. This total body workout was designed to be done in a gym studio as all the necessary equipment should be found in there.
- TRX (or any suspension trainer)
- Battle Ropes
- Med Ball
- Warm up.
- Complete circuit 1, exercises 1 – 4 then take a 30-60 second break. Repeat 3 more times.
- Complete circuit 2, exercises 1 – 4 then take a 30-60 second break. Repeat 2 more times.
- Complete circuit 3, exercises 1 and 2 then take a 20-second break. Repeat 2 more times.
- Cool down and stretch.
*Remember to warm up before you exercise and cool down after you exercise.
**If any exercise causes pain, discontinue the exercise.
